We understand that it is a difficult decision to surrender your pets due to unexpected life changes. If you are unable to rehome your pet, you may surrender the pet to us. Please understand shelter pets who are at high-risk for euthanasia are our priority. We'll try our best to rehome your pet.

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
  • You hereby certify that you are the rightful owner of the animal and that no other persons have ownership of the animal being surrendered. You agree to forgo your ownership and give PawLife Rescue Group full custody of the animal and understand that upon surrender, the animal will not be returned back to you.

Thank you for choosing to surrender your pet with PawLife Rescue Group. 

Pet wellness and safety are our utmost priority. Just like our other pets, surrendered pets are also thoroughly checked, vaccinated, and spayed/neutered before being placed in a trusted foster home while the pet awaits for their new home.

Please understand that we will only be able to accept your pets if we have the resources to do so. If we are able to accept your pet, there will be a pet surrender of $100 which will help us care for the pet while it awaits its new home.
