Michelle is a beautiful young girl with a gentle heart and so much love to give. While she can be a little shy when meeting new people, it doesn't take long for her sweet, affectionate personality to shine through. Once she trusts you, she's happiest curled up beside you for snuggles—especially if she gets to share your bed!

Michelle is a smart girl who learns quickly and enjoys having chew toys to keep her entertained. She's house trained, walks nicely on a leash, and isn't much of a destructive chewer. Mealtime is one of her favorite parts of the day, so she does best with a slow-feeder bowl to help pace herself.

One thing Michelle would happily tell you if she could? She's not a fan of crates! She much prefers being close to her people, soaking up all the love and attention she can get.

Michelle has been diagnosed with a Grade III heart murmur. Our rescue is committed to getting her the very best veterinary care and will continue investigating the cause and treatment options. Despite this, Michelle is a happy, playful girl who enjoys life and is ready to find a family willing to open their heart to her.

Michelle is currently looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt home where she can relax, be loved, and continue receiving the care she needs. Our rescue will provide veterinary care while she's in foster.
