Sweet, loving Rex found himself on the euthanasia list and tested positive for heartworms. Through no fault of his own, this wonderful boy was at risk of losing his life. Thankfully, a temporary foster stepped up to save him, and it didn’t take long for Rex to steal their heart!

Rex is a friendly, affectionate boy who loves people and is great with kids. He’s an excellent car passenger and, best of all, a world-class snuggler! This loving boy is happiest when he’s close to his humans, soaking up all the affection he can get.

Rex is scheduled to begin heartworm treatment but needs a foster home to recover. He has a road ahead of him, but with proper treatment and a loving home, he has so much to look forward to.
