MEET SASSY — A 10-YEAR-OLD SWEETHEART!
Sassy is proof that senior dogs can be absolutely wonderful! This sweet girl has been an amazing house guest. She is completely housebroken, crate trained, calm, and very well-mannered.She loves relaxing on her doggy bed, sleeping peacefully through the night, exploring the yard, and carrying her favorite stuffies everywhere she goes.
She even knows sit and paw and is very polite when taking treats! Sassy enjoys a peaceful lifestyle and would love a home where she can relax, sniff around the yard, enjoy her people, and be loved. She hasn’t officially met the resident dogs in her foster home, but she shows little interest in them. At the shelter, she preferred having her space respected by other dogs.
If you’re looking for a chill, sweet senior companion, Sassy may be your girl.
She is scheduled for mammary mass removal surgery on 8/24/2026
Sassy is ready for her forever home!
Adopters should have the following:
Single family home with fenced yard.
Please, no long hours left alone and not crated for more than 4 hours.
** All canine pets in home should be altered, current on all required vaccinations, including rabies and on monthly flea, tick and heartworm prevention.
** PawLife Rescue Group reserves the right to approve or deny any application for any reason.
